Atmosphere for sharing with one another is important: Sharing joys and answers to prayer, Sharing sorrows and struggles, Sharing words of encouragement, Sharing opinions, insights, wisdom, knowledge and understanding.

Focus on what unites us, not on what divides us: Agree to agreeably disagree, in essentials-- liberty in all things-- charity (love).

Worship is an important priority: Different Methods and styles, Different "leaders."

"Variation"/"  Creativity is an important value: No two consecutive weeks ever the same, No predictability, Listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
